Launch a Token Jar

The release price starts high and decays linearly to a floor over a set period, then restarts after every release. The jar gets cheaper to sweep as fees pile up, so the price tracks value without an oracle.

Anyone can chip in towards the release cost. Once the round is fully funded, anyone executes it: the jar is released to the releaser contract and every contributor claims a pro-rata share of the assets.

The jar's release right is an NFT minted on the releaser itself (one key, id = the jar address). Only the key's holder can release; sell or transfer the key to hand the right over. Price and fee work like the standard release.

The jar goes to the highest bidder. The first bid at or above the reserve opens a bidding window; each bid must beat the last by a minimum increment, late bids extend the window, and anyone can settle once it closes. Outbid bidders withdraw their refunds.
